Greetings internet,
This is just a quick note to let you all know that I am still alive. Grad school hasn’t killed me yet. The hours have been long, but the work has been worthwhile. Sometime before Christmas I’ll have a post detailing some exciting Optics related things you all should be aware of. In the meantime, I will leave you with a quick teaser.
Things to note:
- Started a joint student chapter of The Optical Society (OSA) and The International Society for Optics & Photonics (SPIE) at University of Michigan. We are called Optics Society at the University of Michigan. Check us out here. I’ll soon post about “How to Start an Optics Organization.”
- Began classes. I’ll soon post about how to survive the first semester of Grad School.
- Began research. I’ll update my research tab over Winter Break.
Well, that is it for now. I hope to update this a bit more regularly, but Grad School has a way of taking up all my time.
